Very quaint neighborhood restaurant that captured "Denver's Best Brunch" award from local television station (ABC Channel 7 - Best of Denver A-List).
Located on a corner in the heart of Washington Park, it seems to be the place where locals bring their families including pets. (They even feature a dog menu with imported water,$4 per bottle, and doggy breath mints.)
The Brunch menu is fairly extensive and includes a meat carving station, homemade waffle station, made to order omelets, peel-and -eat shrimp, eggs benedict, stuffed French toast, huevos rancheros, pasta, fruits and cheeses, pastries, sushi and more. After the meal they offer a custom made Hot Fudge Sundae that is complimentary. Coffee and juices are included and Mimosas ($4) and Bloody Mary's ($4.50) are extra. There is also a very large well crafted wine list. Cost of the Brunch: $19.50!
The restaurant is a large one story brick structure with plenty of seating, including a covered outside area with a view of the neighborhood. Service was attentive and atmosphere laid back. The food was fresh and well prepared.
